The first release of this field blend of many hybrid, disease-resistant 'PIWI' grapes from Gut Oggau's so-called Garden of Eden polycultural vineyard, planted 5 years ago and managed only with horses. Very limited—only 400 bottles made. Has the umami and depth of a wine from 40 year-old vines.
