A very special single-vineyard white from a tiny 1.5 hectare plot of 100+ year old Listan Blanco vines, which are braided in the Centenarian Cordon Trenzado style. Fermented in large concrete tank, and aged in 2500 liter oval casks from Friuli. This high elevation vineyard overlooking the Atlantic produces one of the most impressive Canary Island whites we've ever tasted. Kirk Sutherland
