The estate consists of roughly 40 hectares of single vineyards. The average age of the vines here are 43 years old and are planted on fine gravel and clay-limestone soil. Through their commitment to the quality of their wines and vines the family converted to biodynamics to ensure the utmost health and stewardship of the land. Their stewardship of nature is carried through to the cellar as well with only native yeast fermentations and no added sulfur. The age and inherent vigor of these healthy Cabernet Franc vines is certainly present in the depth, freshness, and clarity of the wine in your glass.
