Rwanda Nemba Hill

Emmanuel Rusatira’s Nemba Hill lot is part of Baho’s project, which focuses on smaller lot separations by processing groups of farmers’ coffees based on the highest quality growing areas. This means two things: getting a more vibrant and flavorful coffee, and empowering the producers that make your morning cup of coffee possible. This process is no small feat: hand sorting, depulping, 10 hours of fermentation, detailed washing and meticulously dried for 28 days. Nemba Hill raises the bar!
