Coval Concrete Primer is a fast-drying, acetone-based acrylic sealer designed to fill in the concrete pores prior to applying Coval Concrete. When Coval Concrete is applied, it will incorporate the acrylic of the primer into the coating and bond to the concrete surface as one. Using Coval Concrete Primer will also reduce the amount of Coval Concrete used because material is not lost by seeping into the surface pores.
