"Highland" Huehuetenango coffees are grown at an elevation of up to 2,000 masl. The extreme remoteness of Huehuetenango necessitates that all producers mill their own coffees. Fortunately, the area has an almost infinite number of rivers and streams, so that mills can be placed very near to where the coffee is grown. An intensely fragrant single origin coffee that has a sparkling acidity, smooth body, and a sublimely dry finish.
