A fine blend of Indonesian and Central American blend that's brought to you in the darkest roast. The flavor is rich and smooth without the inherent dark roast bitterness. Full-bodied and smooth with a wonderful sweet aroma.  The European Process for decaffeinating coffee is the oldest method for removing caffeine from an un-roasted, green bean. The un-roasted beans are soaked in a solution of water and ethyl acetate; an organic compound found in sugarcane, fruits, and cereals.
