Decal is made of Oracal 651 vinyl. There is no background color on the decal. Decal shown in black vinyl. If you would like, at no additional cost, I can send you a backing piece of vinyl. The decal in the window in this listing has a white piece of vinyl behind the black decal. The backing piece will be slightly larger than the decal. You can choose to leave it the size delivered or you can cut the backing piece to the shape of the decal.....CUTTING IT TO SHAPE IS NOT INCLUDED. Please message me if you would like a backing piece. It will not be included unless you message me. Colors available, which are typically in stock, are white (most visible on car windows), black, red, green, blue, yellow, pink, purple and gold. Other colors can be ordered and may result in an additional charge and will cause a shipping delay.
