Ox bone handle, Stainless Steel bolsters and 440 steel blade. The blade measures 2.5 inches. I buy the knives from Frost Cutlery and then send them to scrimshaw artist Gerry DuPont to hand engrave and ink each piece. Gerry signs his work with a small “D” near the water line.
