Jason was released on 12/1/1980 and is a shelf sitter Gnome. He is 5 inches tall. He was retired 3/1984. He is an unusual Gnome as he has no coin. Almost all of the Tom Clark Gnomes have a coin hidden somewhere on their person. Excellent used condition with vibrant color on this piece and no noted issues. We were smitten by this collection of Woodspirit Gnome fellows, created by Tom Clark, a religion and theology prof, hailed as the Norman Rockwell of Gnomes. His creative journey is fascinating: around 1978 he opened Cairn studios and the many gnomes, each with a hidden coin on their person and their own names and stories, began to travel the world.
