Now with a built-in applicator, a slightly larger size & endlessly refillable packaging.  Featuring a glass vial and a bamboo lid means this has 60% less plastic by weight than conventional eyeliners! The vegan & natural formula is smudge & water-resistant and dries down to a perfect matte finish. Unlike synthetic eyeliners, this product takes a second to dry and is not waterproof.
