Moonpool - Original Painting

Dimensions (l x w): 8 in x 10 in / 20.32 cm x 25.4 cm Materials: Fluid acrylic on stretched cotton canvas Moon pools are entrances into water, and in this abstract interpretation, I sought to visualize one imbued with the chaotic churning and energy of the full moon. Four shades of blue and blue-green were included, two mixed with silicone for a balanced amount of cell creation, creating almost a frame of agitation like hot tub jets on full blast.
