1890's Goddess Athena Coin Slide Chain

A gorgeous piece from my personal collection circa 1890 with a coin by artist, Louis Armand Rault (signed on bottom left of coin.) Done in gilt metal with an eternal knot chain with large bottom hook to hang a charm and a detailed portrait of Athena, goddess of wisdom and even a little bird. The coin can slide up and down to wear anywhere from a choker down to a longer length. This piece is highly collectible and perfect for any vintage lover's rotation as you can switch out your favorite charm or locket on the bottom. *Does not come with charm- just shown for photo.* Measurements are as follows: Length not including clip: 28" Coin: .75" Condition: Excellent – The piece shows typical, although minor, signs of wear. Shows some light patina and oxidization on the links. Priced accordingly.
