This volume is what you might expect from a food-loving city like San Francisco. It’s like being there in person! It offers over 300 pages of recipes plus tips from sommeliers and chefs; there are simple presentations like Greek Salad Salsa with Pita Chips (a fave at our house) to Zinfandel-braised Duck Legs, for the more ambitious. Any book with 35 pages of soup recipes can win my heart, as did the food photos and illustrations. A 1999 first edition in very good condition, with dust cover.
