The 11th release of the "24 seasons" series from Akkeshi Distillery. "Shoman"  or "nature thrives" is the time of year when the blossoms spring forth into sun's warmth, crops flourish verdantly ready for harvest, and the cherry trees sprout their signature buds and blooms. This malt and grain blend uses both Mizunara oak and ex-rum casks giving it notes of apples, tropical fruit, mineraly honey, wood smoke, peppers, sandalwood, menthol and maple bacon.
