Product made in USA with imported and domestic products. Shipping & Handling costs are calculated beginning at $60. If shipping costs exceed this minimum (either because of weigh, special sizing, east coast purchases or multiple packaged drops) the client will be invoiced for the remaining amount upon shipping.
