7-Year California Bourbon Maple Cask Finished Bourbon Featuring Sutherland Distilling

Distilled from the very best Cali non-GMO corn one can buy. Bottled on its 7th birthday, we didn't have time to reprint the label. Finished in a used maple bourbon barrel for extra fall deliciousness (and because we could). Oh yeah, this is also the sister barrel of our famous "Ghost Barrel" from a previous release. Cracker Jack right out of the box with a maple chaser. Seriously. The epitome of a grain-to-glass craft distillery, Sutherland Distilling Company produced award-winning, locally sourced spirits from 2013 until its closing in February 2023. This California bourbon represents, in our humble opinion, one of the finest barrels of whiskey they ever produced. Naturally sweet, but curiously dry and spicy, we upped the autumn ante and finished this 100% corn bourbon in a maple bourbon cask. The results speak for themselves.
