Make any halligan a ROOF BAR! Add two welded rings & a carry strap --OR-- Add one welded ring on the fork side. Welded rings allow the halligan or irons-set to be carried over the shoulder with a strap, AND allow the user to attach a rope and carabiner to the bar for throwing it off the roof for floor-above horizontal ventilation. NOTE: Not available on Council Tool halligans.
