Up to Three (3) SLC chassis may be connected which sums up to 30 SLC 500 modules. Each chassis shall have an individual Power supply. When installing the chassis, provide mounting clearance of 15.3 cm or 6.0 inches for both TOP and Bottom space, Side clearance of 10.2 cm or 4.0 inches. If installed beside another SLC chassis, maintain 7.7 cm to 10.2 cm or 3.0 to 4.0 inches clearance. When installing the chassis, use M4 or M5 screws and star washer. Slide the chassis and tighten the screws to lock the chassis to its mounting location. Each chassis must be properly grounded with the use of a ground bar or an adequately designed central ground.
