Category II 8 layer stretch pull-on style tutu skirt. To use as briefs (full or low rise), just leave off ruffles. Flattering fit. Tutu has a waist band, to allow it to also be worn with a bodice.  Ruffle lines marked. Optional leg casing for adjustable elastic. This allows for a snugger fit, anchoring the skirt more securely and allowing you to replace the elastics easily.   This tutu has our standard leg line, allowing you to partner in this tutu without it riding up.  Made for lycra or powernet Detailed (6 pgs.)  FULL tutu instructions.
