Advanced Tutu Course Kit: Firebird or Bluebird Tutu with Bodice

These beautiful Firebird / Bluebird tutu designs by Claudia Folts and Summer Collins are showstoppers. The Firebird is made of 21 rows of soft tulles - enhanced sparkle tulle, regular tulle and glimmer tulle. It is done in shades of red, wine, orange and fuchsia, and is cut very short in the front and longer in the back. Each row is roll-hemmed. The back of the tutu is tacked in a special way to give it a fiery finish.The Bluebird is cut in a more traditional style, even all the way around. It is made with both nets and tulles in shades of blue, with a touch of silver.For the bodices, we have custom-dyed metallic brocades for the woven fabric choices, and stretch taffeta or stretch brocade for the stretch fabric choices. You have two bodice choices: a 12-piece Russian longline without a point or a 12-piece Classic longline with a point that extends out over the top layer of the tutu.
