Montana Agate Drop

Found in Yellowstone River's gravel, this agate gets carried downstream by the rushing waters and deposited where it slows down and is able to be collected by hand. Also known as "Yellowstone Agate" this highly silicated gem is known for its beautiful reds and ambers from the high iron content. Along with the Montana sapphire, it's an official state gemstone.
