HX35 HX40 HY35 wastegate flapper repair kit kit includes: flapper flapper bushing flapper tab e clip This kit works great to replace seized or worn wastegate flaps on HX35 and HX40 turbine housings. Tap must be welded on to wastegate arm to install. I recommend using a rig welder for installation and using a feeler gauge to allow .007” gap between the flap tab and bushing before welding.
