Liquid alkaline non-foam cleaner effective in removing starch, protein, fats, and oils in pressure washers, soak tanks and automatic washing equipment. 1:30 to 1:128 dilution Specially formulated alkaline cleaner with polymers, chelating agents, and a dispersant. Successful application in pressure washers, soak tanks, automatic washing equipment, and automatic floor scrubbers. Excellent for cleaning plastic trays and baskets, Effective and stable in soft, hard, cold, or hot water. Polymers prevent the silicates from plating onto metal surfaces. Will not spot. Versatile use in supermarkets and bakeries. Oil and fat may be easily skimmed. Effective in removing starch, protein, fats and oils. Safe on plastic, aluminum, galvanized surfaces, and other soft metals when used according to product directions. Free rinsing. No foam.
