Double check!This sunny and quiet attic apartment (of 70 m2!) is located in one of the most beautiful, historically protected streets of the 'Koekenstad'. Dream away at the Art Nouveau houses, take a bike or walk to the center or take the train to one of the other Belgian cities.The spaceThe sun shines at all hours of the day in this attic (unless of course it is 'real' Belgian weather ;-)). The total space is approximately 70m2: in the living room there is a cozy sitting area and dining table where you can eat with four.
