Everything is within walking distance (bakeries, grocery store, post office, bank, ...) and you will enjoy of the neighborhood life. With a view a quiet typical french neighborhood, the apartment is on the 5th floor (with no elevator). I tried to mix old family furniture and contemporary objects for a personal decoration. It's a 400 sq ft apartment with an equipped kitchen, a nice living room with an old fireplace, a large bedroom, a pleasant bathroom and separated toilets.
