I am renting my super cute personal apartment when I am not home. It feels very homey and has a lot of charm and personal details. It is perfect for a couple, or a couple with one to two (small) kids. It could also work for three adults. But you have to be aware of the unconventional sleeping arrangement, which might be awesome for some people, but not ideal for others :)The spaceI live in the apartment with my two children (5 and 1). There are stairs in the apartment, leading to the bedroom upstairs. There you will find a Japanese bed (futon and tatami) and what I call a "little cave" for kids. My son sleeps in there. It has a window and also tatami and futon mattress and is super cute. But it is not a proper room (see pics)!!! So please evaluate carefully whether this is the right choice for you.
