Comfortable and bright appartment in the center of Paris.The spaceWelcome to my flat!It is located in the 9th arrondissement, which is ideally situated between the lively Pigalle & Montmartre area, the trendy rue du Faubourg St Denis and the abundance of stores of the Grands Magasins. There are lots of supermarkets close to the flat and many are open till late so if you don't feel like eating out, it's always possible to cook something at home! The area is safe, and the access to the building is protected with a first door with a code and a second door with an interphone.The flat is on the fifth floor, and there is no lift. It's a walk up, but it's worth the climb because once you are in the apartment, you will see how light it is! The living room is spacious (30 square meters approx) and has 4 bay-windows that open on a small balcony. It is possible to eat on the little table set out on the balcony.
