Charming studio (15m2) with mezzanine (good use of space). Very bright. Nice and quiet neighborhood. Very close from subways stations. You can find a lot of restaurants in the area. I can give you advices of all the good places where to go out.The spaceVery good use of space, because of the mezzanine and tall ceiling, you don't realize the place is 15m2, it seems taller. Nice place for a couple or juste one person. The bathroom is very spacious. The kitchen is not huge but convenient enough. When I don't rent the studio, I live and work there (I am a freelance illustrator) and I feel fine, it's a nice and warm place.Guest accessYou have access to the whole studio, I don't stay of course. I welcome you and give you the keys.Other things to noteThe stairwell is not very pretty, building construction (renovation) is provided soon. But my studio is brand new, renovated in 2014.
