It is very quiet since it is on the 6th and last floor and looks onto a planted courtyard.It is very central. Gare du Nord, Gare de l'Est, Montmartre, Sacré-Coeur, Opéra Garnier and Galeries Lafayette are all within walking distance (15mn at most).The spaceThe flat is well equipped. The kitchen has a fridge, a microwave, an oven, two hot plates, a kettle and a washing machine.You will sleep in a double bed.The bathroom has a towel dryer and a drying rack.The toilet is five meters away from the flat on the landing but it is always clean because the cleaning lady of the building washes it every week. There are also other toilets on the floors below. There is an internet box with a wi-fi connection (1Gb/s). If you bring your laptop you can watch TV in the flat.
