Welcome in our appartment completety refurbished a year ago. The appartment is located in a nice and calm area along the delightfull canal. The appartment is very close to the inner center of Paris with the lines 5 and 7.The spaceThe appartment is located in a small building with a very friendly ambiance between neighbours. It is a double exposition, with kitchen and bedrooms in the Est facing the private garden of the building. The living room and balcony are South West facing the canal and providing sun all day which makes it a relaxing place. There is two rooms: one with a double matress, one with a 160cm bed for a kid (2 years old to 12 years old) and a baby bed (0 to 3 years old). There is also a sofa in the living room where someone can sleep but there is no shutter on the living room windows.
