We are a couple with an extra quiet & spacious bedroom in a flat w/ balcony at the last floor (5th) with lovely view near by the Canal Saint Martin. We won't be much around in the flat as we do lots of things during the weekend but keep in mind that it is a shared flat with shared kitchen & bathroom ! We speak French, English and Spanish and we love art (street art, painting, dance, cinema...)! we will be happy to advise you on what to do and where to (or not) go during your Parisian trip :-)The spaceWe are located in the center/ eastern part of Paris, which is kind of hipster 10th district of Paris, it is pretty close to everything and especially to nice bars & restaurants! The flat is in between two different Metro stations ( Line 2 and Line 11) whcih is quite handy to visit Paris. We live in the flat, we have an extra bedroom and we will tehrefore be there when ou come but we are discreet and pretty busy during weekends (& working during week days) ! Where to Stay,
