Typical Parisian 30 square meters appartment near Nation, 100 meters from metro 1The space27 square meters of pure Parisian : wood parquet, tiles, molding, 2 fireplaces. All that in a quiet neighborhood 120 meters (true!!) from metro 1 (Bastille, Marais, Louvre, Champs Elysées, respectively 7, 10, 15 and 30 minutes away from the apartment) and tramway 3 (La Villette, Buttes Chaumont, La Mouzaïa, Parc Daumesnil, Bercy, Butte aux Cailles ...)I have a fully furnished kitchen with an oven and dishwasher. There's one (120 X 190 cm, extra comfy) bed, bookcase and wardrobe in the bedroom. There's a (new) pull-out couch (100 X 175 cm) and 6 persons table in the living room. The 2 fireplaces don't work but it's forbbiden to use them anyway. The appartment is always sunny (there are extra thick curtains on the windows to be able to sleep after sunrise) but it stays cool in the summer.I'm on the 4th floor (no elevator) on the courtyard side.
