This 24m² charming and cosy is perfect to stay in Paris. The balcony is sunny until 3pm, perfect for breakfast and lunch ! It's in a one-way street, close to canal Saint Martin. Lots of nice restaurants, bars close by.The spaceThis 24m² apartment is very well organized, cosy and has several spaces : un living, a sunny balcony, a bar and a small kitchen space ! The Loggia bed goes up to the ceiling and releases a lot of space in the living space during the day ! Be careful for people not used to loft beds : there is no security fence on one side of the bed ( 1m50 high ). The area has a lot of sweet restaurants, bars, canal Saint Martin is at 5 minutes walk, you have a lot of metros available from République to discover Paris easily. There is a supermarket down the building.
