Right in the heart of Paris, in the hip neighborhood of the Canal Saint Martin, 15mn walk from the Marais, 2 steps away from the Republique metro hub, you will be ideally located to discover Paris! Tons of nice cafes/restaurants, yet it is a very quiet street at night.Our apartment is on the 5th floor (with elevator), and gets a lot of light especially the morning, which is pretty rare for Paris!We took the pictures ourselves,no filter, so what you see is what you will get!The spaceOur apartment is ideal for a couple with a child, who will have his own bathroom. It can easily fit 4 people but the 2nd room is a bit small (more comfortable when the couch is open as a single bed rather than a double bed).This is the apartment we live in : we renovated it entirely last year.
