Hello! I rent my cosy and clean flat in the center of Paris (rue Montorgueil, a nice pedestrian street with many cafés and shops). Public transportation is very near: 1-3 minutes walk to metro stations "Sentier", "Etienne Marcel" or "Chatelet/ Les Halles" (direct connections to airport CDG + train stations). Several tourist attractions are easy to reach by foot (Louvre, Tuileries Gardens, Centre Pompidou: 10 minutes. Notre Dame, Le Marais: ~ 15 minutes).The spaceThe whole flat is around 42 square meters and is located on the 3rd floor. Please note that there is no elevator and the staircase is quite narrow (don't worry, on your arrival and departure I can help you with the luggage!). The living room (22 square meters) overlooks the lively pedestrian street "rue Montorgueil", but thanks to well-isolated windows, it is not noisy at night (furthermore, all main restaurants and cafes close around midnight at the latest).
