Large and bright room with a bath in a splendid lofty apartment near the lakes of Ixelles and Flagey. A few minutes from the city center, enjoy this comfy and stylish apartment, which I rent while I go myself on a trip!The spaceThe room is very spacious (about 30 m2), quiet and bright, and has view on backyards. It has its own bath and sink. The flat is shared, with one flatmate (normally if I rent the room (it's my own), it means I'm travelling !). But I'll guarantee you'll feel at home! I leave the place as it is, with my things, my pictures, souvenirs... and my plants! By renting it, I give my trust, and I expect from my guests an absolute respect of the space (and what goes with it).The flat is also very well located, near beautiful lakes, parcs, and yet close to the city center (lots of public transport nearby) and an animated square called Place Fagey.
