Hi, I'm renting out my room when I'm out of town. I live in an amazing shared flat in the up and coming 2nd district of Vienna. I share the place with four great flatmates - they are friendly, fun and respectful. The apartment is huge (200m2) and has a big yet cozy common area. I have no doubt you'll feel right at home here.The spaceThe room comes with a large bed (180x200cm) in which two persons can sleep very comfortably. My working space, the balcony, tv, PS3 (you can log on to your Netflix account) and a few of my drawers may be used by guests.Guest accessThe offer includes the room and it's amenities as well as the usage of the kitchen, common space & bathrooms. You will share your bathroom with only one of my flatmates.At the handover of the key, I ask for 100 € deposit, because the remaking of the key is very expensive.
