Hello!We’re three university students and are renting out another room in our shared flat. The flat is in an old building in the 17th district and well located. It takes 15 minutes by tram to get to Schottentor, and 10 minutes to get to a U6 or U3 metro station.There are many grocery stores and bakeries in the area for you to shop at.The spaceIn the room, there is a radiator, a piano (which you are welcome to play), a small table, as well as shelves, where you can put your clothes and so on. The room can also be locked.You’ll be sleeping on a sofa bed, which measures 2m x 1.35m when pulled out. We will also provide you with fresh bedsheets and towels.Guest accessThe kitchen, bathroom, hallway and entrance area can be used by everyone. In the hallway just outside the flat, there’s an additional restroom. What’s more, there’s a 42m2 terrace that we share with other residents of the house.
