Dear visitor,I'm renting my comfortable room, when I'm travelling abroad. You will be sharing the flat with my two very friendly (male) flat mates, or sometimes also other airbnb guests. The flat is located not so far from the center of Vienna (thirty to fourty minutes public transport) and very close to one of the prettiest parks of Vienna.The spaceI am happy to welcome you into my flat and wish for friendly, open-minded people to share the flat with my flat mates. You are very welcome to use the facilities (kitchen, washing machine, record player ...) of the flat! There is also a nice balcony, which can be used for enjoying the sunshine, smoking (please don't smoke inside) and getting some fresh herbs, which we recently planted there. The flat is on the fifth floor and there is an elevator, but you will have to climb a small staircase (five to six steps) in order to get to the elevator.
