A beautiful boathouse in Pollonia where you can relax and unwind. Right on the sea, you can fall asleep with the sound of the waves. Just 5 minutes walking to the village center, in a very quiet location.The spaceThis is a recontructed boathouse. The itinial use of these spaces was for the fishermen to store their boats during the winter storms, therefore the direct access to the sea. The boathouse has been reconstructed in 2021 (so everything is new!) and transformed to a studio, ready to offer a unique vacation experience. This is a single area studio, with a double bed and a kitchenette and a bathroom with shower. From the bed, provided that the boathouse's door is open you can enjoy the sea. The sitting area in front of the BlueNote boathouse is private, because a fence is separating BlueNote boathouse's external area with other boathouses.
