TrueTrac Dado Jig / Router Jig

Utilize this track saw adapter plate with your handheld router to cut custom sized dados and rabbits, or lock the pivot plate do straight line routing. Dado width capacity is 1/4 inch to 1 inch. This accessory utilizes the exact same track as all of our other products and features a spreading mechanism to remove any play perpendicular to the track itself. This router jig allows you to measure the wood that you wish to make a dado for, accounting for any and all thickness variations due to unique planing or variations found in all plywood lumber thicknesses. Use either a 1/4 inch or 3/8 inch diameter straight or spiral bit with this system. The small plates with 1/4 and 3/8 engraved on them correspond to the bit diameter in use. Currently, only 1/4 and 3/8 are available. These small plates are what limit the swing of the pivoting plate after measuring your workpiece and accurately control the width of the dado.
