CL6690 (G-48 – SILVER) CL3809 (G-48B - BLACK) FIBERGLASS W/TOOLBOX The GCI G-48 truck cap/lid clamp is a 1 3/8" aluminum cam lid mounting clamp that comes assembled with a silver or black finish and mounts fiberglass truck caps or tonneau covers with toolboxes. GCI Mounting Clamp G-48 Will not work on Tacoma or Alum. Cap w/Toolbox. But will fit most other applications with a toolbox. This style of clamp installs easily. Usually, can be installed without disassembling the clamp. Do not overtighten your clamp. Maximum Torque not to exceed. 80-inch pounds of torque, 6.67-foot pounds of torque. Recommended to tighten all clamps monthly, and that at least 4 clamps be utilized on short bed installations and at least 6 clamps be utilized on long bed installations.
