What it is: BABOR has combined the natural cleansing powers of water and oil with our unique 2-Step, deep-action cleanser. Made with natural herbal essences tailored to normal, combination and dry skin types. Phytoactive Hydro Base is the 2nd Step in our bi-phase cleansing system. Why we love it: Treat, refresh and lend radiance to the skin while you cleanse. How to use: Step 1: Apply 4 pumps of HY-ÖL to dry skin and massage (do not moisten the skin beforehand), Step 2: then smooth 2 pumps of a Phytoactive Hydro-Base on top of it and massage into skin.
