Our cozy two tree Tioga plan will win you parent of the year. This darling 4’ x 8’ treehouse is easy-to-build for DIYers at all levels. Offering the perfect blend of enchantment and fun, the Tioga is the best miniature treehouse for kids and grown-ups alike. The layout of this plan is a platform that is 8' Long with a total length of 4' Wide. The size of the house on top is 4' x 4' and is shown being built between two trees.  The plan assumes you have a minimum of 10' clear between your trees to allow for the treehouse. If you have less than 10', you may have to reduce the size of your treehouse.  Plans DO NOT Include Hardware. We offer a Specialty Treehouse Hardware Kit specifically for this project. Hardware is specified, and the plan describes suggested siding or roofing materials.
