These net tunnels are made from our 2" square netting. The netting in its raw form is 12' wide, so we form it into a circle and sew the two edges together. The the same process is used to sew the circular openings at each end. Please note that netting in general will sag, so if you have a tunnel longer than 6', you may have to look at adding additional support for the tunnel. Some clients will take our 1-1/8" tan polyester rope, weave it in and out of the netting, and then attach the rope to a supporting structure. See the sample image of the concept. Other clients have used plastic coated air craft cable in the same fashion. Each situation is unique, so feel free to be creative with your net tunnel. *Single layer net tunnels are not warrantied against manufacturers defects and is not recommended for spans more than 8-10'.
