This protection plan can only be used when purchased along with your order; it cannot be used with luggage purchased in the past or from other stores. What does the protection plan cover? We will repair or replace your suitcase with a new or open-box suitcase in case of accidental damage at our discretion, including damage caused by transportation carriers (Airlines, Railroad, etc.) that are insured against such damages; we will cover the parts and labor of the replacement.
