Whether you're training to get your first handstand push-up or seeking to elevate your skills to Rx level - our 6-week program is here to level up your handstand push-up game! Every athlete can benefit from this program - from beginner to intermediate.  On average most training days will take under 30 minutes. This can be done before or after your regular training regimen.  Each week will have, on average, 3 training days. This program will have different starting points, depending on your current skill level. Strict work will be included, but the focus will be on improving kipping handstand push-ups.
