This product features edge connectors on both sides, these can be used to connect pavements, build a median between two roads or foundation base layers.  The base is designed to be screwed into the baseboard with #6 or #8 wood screws but could also be glued with PVA. Straight Road Surface S3 W75mm-L150mm product is designed to connect to the two tabs to provide a road surface. The tabs also are used for interconnecting pavement and other modules.
