As we only sell to existing Tower customers, we need your original eBike order number, your email and name, and your 3-digit key code. This Tower eBike key is essential for securing and locking your battery onto the frame of your electric bike. Bike theft is a growing issue, and if your battery is easily removable, it can be stolen. It's recommended to always have your battery locked onto the frame when riding so it doesn't bounce off the dock. The key is only for sale to verified Tower customers, and the three-digit code from your battery pack must be provided in order to purchase it.
